- Registered businesses — restaurants, caterers, independent retailers, distributors, and wholesalers — operating in British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan. Business license, GST/HST, and a delivery address are required.
- The signup form takes about 30 seconds. Your wholesale member number is issued immediately and the full catalog with pricing is emailed. A wholesale account manager follows up the same business day, Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM PT, to confirm your first delivery.
- MOQs vary by SKU and region — confirmed during account setup based on your monthly volume. For full-pallet orders we offer container-direct pricing.
- Khushboo basmati ranges from 900g retail (Diamond) to 20KG foodservice. Flours all ship in 1KG/2KG/5KG/10KG/20KG. Bikaneri Bites namkeens are 150g/300g; sweets are 400g.
- Net wholesale pricing with volume tiers. Pricing is unlocked once your account is approved — we don't publish public pricing because the right number depends on your mix and region.
- First-order EFT or credit card. Approved accounts can request Net 15 / Net 30 after the first three orders. ACH and cheque accepted on Net terms.
- Lower Mainland same-week. Vancouver Island, BC Interior, Alberta, and Saskatchewan on weekly schedules. See /areas-served for cadence by city.
- Yes — same-day pickup available during business hours, Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM PT. Notify your account manager 2 hours ahead so we can pull the order.
- Yes, on request. All Bikaneri Bites SKUs are 100% vegetarian by recipe. Khushboo packaging can be sourced halal-certified for retail-chain runs — confirm during account setup or trade-kit follow-up.
- Your account manager confirms lead time for out-of-stock SKUs. We typically replenish the Surrey hub on a 6–8 week container-direct cycle. Foodservice SKUs are kept in deep stock.

Category buyers · private label
- Khushboo already supplies 500+ European retail accounts (AFT Europe / BEF SRL) including major multiple chains, plus 40+ private-label programs. The same Italian-packed product is now available container-direct into Western Canada via our Surrey hub.
- Yes. The same Italian packing facility runs over 40 private-label programs for European brands. We can structure a Canadian private-label program in 12–16 weeks from contract to first commercial pallet. See /private-label for the full process.
- Pack-size list, spec sheets, dietary-callout summary, COA process, sample category-development plan, and shelf-presentation guidance. Downloads as PDF immediately after form submit. Email follow-up within one business day.
- 12–16 weeks from contract to first commercial pallet. Concept and spec finalisation 2–4 weeks; COA approval 2–4 weeks; production and shipping 6–8 weeks. We can compress to 10 weeks at premium freight cost.
- Container-direct retail-chain orders have separate MOQs from independent accounts. Typically 1 × 20-foot container per SKU per run, scaled by store count and SKU mix. Multi-SKU programs can mix in a single container.
- Per-shipment Certificate of Analysis, allergen declaration, country-of-origin certificate, nutrition panel, halal certificate (on request), and bilingual ingredient list (EN / FR) on Canadian-spec packs.
- Yes. We work with category buyers on shelf set, planogram, and promotional calendars — particularly for ethnic-foods aisles where Khushboo and Bikaneri Bites have proven adjacency in European retail.
- Khushboo basmati and flours: manufactured in India, packed at AFT Europe / BEF SRL's 250,000m² Italian facility in Correggio. Bikaneri Bites: made by traditional methods in Bikaner, Rajasthan, packed for retail at the same source.
