What we collect

When you submit a wholesale account application, request the trade kit, or send a message via our contact form, we collect: business name, contact name, email, phone number, business address, business license / GST/HST registration, and the details you provide about your purchasing requirements. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referrer, anonymized IP) to improve the website.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry, set up your wholesale account, process your orders, fulfill delivery, send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates), and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about new SKUs and category-development opportunities. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Data storage and processors

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system (GoHighLevel) and our internal accounting and order-management systems. We use Vercel for website hosting and Google Analytics for traffic measurement. All processors meet standard commercial data-protection standards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at the address on our contact page. We respond to all access and deletion requests within 30 calendar days.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days following the change.
