What buyers ask before opening an account.
- Registered businesses — restaurants, caterers, independent retailers, distributors, and wholesalers — operating in British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan. Business license, GST/HST registration, and a delivery address are required.
- Signup takes about 30 seconds — first name, last name, email, and phone. Your wholesale member number is generated immediately and the full catalog with pricing is emailed. A wholesale account manager follows up the same business day, Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM PT, to confirm pack sizes and delivery cadence.
- MOQs vary by SKU and region. We confirm during account setup based on your monthly volume estimate. For full-pallet orders we offer container-direct pricing.
- First-order payment is typically EFT or credit card. Approved accounts can request Net 15 / Net 30 terms after the first three orders. We also accept ACH and cheque on Net terms.
