Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of maharajawholesale.com (the “Site”) and the wholesale relationship between Maharaja Wholesale Inc. and its account holders. By accessing the Site or applying for a wholesale account, you agree to these terms.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses with a valid business license and GST/HST registration in British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan. Account approval is at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or terminate accounts that do not meet our customer mix.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is provided after account approval and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Pricing is confidential to the account holder and may not be shared, published, or used to solicit competing offers without written consent.

Orders, delivery, returns

Orders are subject to product availability. We aim to ship within the lead times documented on each areas-served page, but delivery schedules are best efforts and not guaranteed. Returns of non-defective product are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a restocking fee where applicable. Damaged goods on arrival should be reported within 48 hours.

Intellectual property

The Khushboo and Bikaneri Bites trademarks, logos, and product packaging remain the property of their respective brand owners. Wholesale account holders are granted a limited license to use these marks for the purpose of reselling product as supplied, without modification.

Limitation of liability

Maharaja Wholesale's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
