Sample run with full Certificate of Analysis. Your QA team reviews and signs off. Allergen, halal, and dietary statements documented.
3 · First production run
First commercial run packed at the AFT Europe / BEF SRL Italian facility (the same plant supplying 40+ European private-label programs). Pallets ship customs-cleared.
4 · Container-direct delivery
Shipped to our Surrey hub or direct to your distribution centre. Customs paperwork, palletization, and timing handled.
5 · Ongoing supply
Quarterly forecast review, rolling production schedule, agreed price-window. Spec changes go through the same QA process.

What buyers ask before requesting a private-label discussion.
- 12–16 weeks from contract to first commercial pallet. Concept and spec finalisation runs 2–4 weeks; COA approval 2–4 weeks; production and shipping 6–8 weeks. We can compress for urgent programs by 2 weeks at the cost of premium freight.
- MOQs are container-scale — typically 1 full 20-foot container per SKU per run, scaled by retailer commitment and spec complexity. Multi-SKU programs can mix in a single container with separate runs.
- Bikaneri Bites is currently structured as a branded program — not a private-label platform. For Khushboo basmati and flours, private label is well-established. Reach out and we'll discuss feasibility for your specific Bikaneri-style needs.
- Standard retail pack formats: 1KG, 2KG, 4.5KG, 5KG, 10KG, 18KG, 20KG. Custom formats (e.g. 900g Diamond-style retail) require additional setup time. Brand graphics are designed to your retailer's brand standards.
- Per-shipment Certificate of Analysis. Allergen declaration. Country-of-origin certificate. Halal certificate (on request). Nutrition panel. Bilingual ingredient list (English / French) on Canadian-spec packs.
